We offer personnel training, consulting and development services for both the public and the private sector in Finland and on international markets. We are happy to discuss about new development and partnership cooperation plans concerning vocational education.
Professional development
We offer various solutions for developing staff´s skills such as additional education for the workers, managers and directors of educational institutions and companies of different fields. The topics of the education can be, for example:
- the Finnish vocational education system,
- cooperation between the colleges and working life,
- instruction of the students at the workplace,
- some specific professional topic.

Skills training
We organise high-qualitative skills trainings on different levels (national, EuroSkills, WorldSkills). We have long experience in skills competition activities both in Finland and abroad and we also cooperate with our foreign partners in organizing skills competitions. We have achieved success in competitions both nationally and internationally.
The trainings are planned both for students preparing for skills competitions and to teacher-trainers.
- The goal is to prepare students for competitions of the requested level (local, regional, international) or for work requiring highly professional excellence.
- Trainers are given the opportunity to receive practical information on the preparation of competition tasks and the evaluation of works, as well as on the rules of the competitions.
During the training, good practical experience is acquired that can be used to improve the quality of vocational training in general.
Consulting
We are happy to share our knowledge if your organization wants to develop, for example the on-the-job learning system or get information about Finnish teaching methods. Our training can be carried out on site in our modern learning environments or also partly online. Our trainers are pedagogically qualified professionals in their field.
